Living in St. Vincent and the Grenadines

I’m a Canadian, and was wondering how the living standards/prices are in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. I’m assuming the capital, Kingstown, is the most expensive place for renting/buying property. How’s life living in St. Vincent and the Grenadines? Are things (such as groceries, gas, rent, utilities) expensive right now? Btw, there isn’t a subreddit for St. Vincent and the Grenadines for some reason so I had to post this question here. Thank you?
