Sri Lanka Travel Trincomalee City Trip 2022. Trincomalee is a beautiful city in Sri Lanka. I am going to Trincomalee from Anuradhapura. It is 108 Km from Anuradhapura. Bus takes two Trincomalee is a port city on the northeast coast of Sri Lanka. It is 272 Km from Colombo. I will visit Fort Frederick. It fort was built by the Portuguese in the 17th century, Second main attraction, the grand Shree Thiru Koneswaram Temple. This is stands on Swami Rock cliff, The holy complex contains ornate shrines and a massive statue of Shiva. I am also visiting Badrakali Amman Temple.
