Antigua travel advice

Firstly, I hope this post allowed, only there are no active Antigua travel threads.

In a couple of months I’m visiting Antigua for the first time (first time in the Caribbean generally). In short, I’d love to know any advice you may have for the country, places to visit and avoid, do’s and don’ts, known scams to watch out for etc.

My only real question was regarding money, is it worth getting some East Caribbean dollars or would I be better just taking USD? And will I need much physical cash whilst there, or are most places set up to accept card?
