* Match quality of public health with the private – PUBLIC is very poor with the elderly travelling great distance and long waits. Other improvements are better food, technology, specialist services, relaxing and spruced up surroundings and holding rude and incompetent doctors accountable and investigating past medical errors by case.

· Special attention to rudeness and patients left waiting by the medical community, doctors or otherwise –

a) To all health institutions dispatched periodically and unexpectedly are inspectors. They have authority to inspect facilities and interview patients to determine medical care quality.

b) Once a complaint is made against staff including doctors no matter seniority a FORTHWITH suspension is enacted – with pay till the matter is resolved – under time limit.

c) Inspectors are NOT under purview of the health ministry, including a DISSOLVED Medical Board superseded by this more toothy organization – rather separate to ensure independence.

d) This Medical Board REPLACEMENT an apparatus led by foreign professionals and NOT locals, which report directly to the prime minister and secondarily to the health minister.
e) FOREIGNER led as not beholden to cliques or local medical culture.
