SHARE YOUR CARIBBEAN FOLKLORE OR GHOST STORIES

Hi everyone, I’m Jamaican but grew up in Australia and my father was always telling me ghost stories from the Caribbean. He told stoies of Duppy ghosts, told me not to look in the mirrors at night and to pack up the chairs outside at night so spirits didn’t play with them. He also hung garlic up around the house whenever someone died

Our culture is quite dispersed so I’d love to hear all YOUR supernatural stories or interesting rituals or traditions you grew up with.
