What are the alternatives to door and window grilles in Jamaica for residential properties?

I’m building a house with phenomenal views. I’m not about to « grille the veranda » which is the only suggestion l’ve been given.

I’m wanting bifold patio doors on the veranda and balcony. I’ve been searching online and l’ve found security mesh panels. They seem a good option and can double as insect screens. Unfortunately, I can’t find any locally, they’re all located overseas.

Anyone have any ideas where I can purchase these locally? Preferably somewhere that sells bifold patio doors also.

Any suggestions besides security mesh? I just don’t want to believe that grilles are my only option.
