30th Birthday Destination

My 30th birthday is in March. My husband and I are wanting to take a 5 day trip to the Caribbean to relax and celebrate. I am looking for beautiful beaches, maybe some night life (no clubbing or crazy partying just calm bars to grab a drink – beach bars would be a huge plus), unique or fun experiences, and good local food. We will rent a car and be willing to drive and explore the island.

We are only considering Caribbean islands that Delta flies to due to having a free companion ticket. We’ve narrowed it down to Aruba, St. Martin, Anguilla, and Turks and Caicos. I’ve done tons of research, but it’s such a difficult choice to make. Which of these would you choose and why?

Side note: Both of us have only been to Caribbean islands on cruises. This will be our first trip that we actually get to explore and enjoy the island.

Editing to add: Curaçao and St. Lucia are also two destinations Delta flies to. I’d be open to hearing if you would choose one of those over the others. I haven’t read up on them much, so I haven’t really considered them. But I will if they’re recommended over the other options.
