Week long trip in Feb 2026

Hello- trying to get recommendations for island trip this winter. We are late 50s, looking for simple, relaxing beach trip. Both of us have high stress careers and are introverts so looking for quiet, beautiful place! Beaches and less crowds/tourists is key. We’ve been to PR, DR and really want to check out more islands but not sure where to start. Activities would be lounging, swimming, spa, maybe a hike or two. We would love walkable locations for foods and coffee; maybe a quiet local pub or bar but nothing raucous. Definitely not into AI resorts. Open to suggestions! Flying from Midwest US, hoping to escape cold, gray days. Thanks!
