Resort recommendation for 10-year anniversary

I’m looking for a resort recommendation for our 10-year anniversary in the Caribbean. We’d prefer an adults only, upscale / luxury atmosphere.

Few criteria to consider:

– all inclusive is optimal, but not required

– would prefer a secluded feel, with quiet beaches and walkable trails

– needs to have a spa

– I’m really looking for something unique… not a major resort feel

– nightlight nearby (nightclub, moon party, boat party, etc)

We’d likely stay 6-7 nights.
