I’v been offered a job on St Barths island, its a long term job.
the salary will be around 1900€/months after taxes which seems very little for the island but the employer will provide the housing.
So even if the food and utility bills are twice as expensive as mainland France i would still be able to have money to spare.
As French citizen i don’t have to pay for health insurance. but i will have to pay for my plane tickets and i will have to leave everything behind (my car, appliances….)
I’v always wanted to live on an island but this cold end up being a costly mistake.
I’v been thinking for a week about it and i can’t make up my mind.
