My fiance and I are planning our honeymoon. We’re thinking two weeks and two different islands. We’d love some input/advice. Bahamas to TCI?

We’re still trying to figure out which islands we’d like to go to but we’re pretty set on Turks and Caicos as she’s been wanting to go there for a while. We’re planning for mid- November.

I was thinking we could do one week in the Bahamas and fly to TCI for the second week. The thought being we could party a bit and do lots of activities in the Bahamas, and spend the second week relaxing on TCI. But the flights between the two islands (InterCaribbean Air and Bahamasair) seem kind of sketchy. It’s hard to find any positive reviews on them. I’d hate for flight cancelations to ruin the second half of our trip.

So I have a few questions and would love some input. Is there another combination of islands that you would recommend? Anyone have experience on either of those airlines? Should we just pick one island and stay put instead of trying to island hop? Any COVID procedures we should be aware of?
