Caribbean Honeymoon Guidance

Planning a honeymoon from February 22–27, 2027 and looking for recommendations on places to stay + things to do once there. I am a relatively inexperienced traveler so any general knowledge/guidance on ins and outs of going to these places at this time of year would be appreciated! Feel free to ask me any clarifying questions as well.

Budget:

Under $10k all-in. If you feel that bumping the budget up a little would net us significant value feel free to mention it. Departing from Orlando MCO.

Priorities:

Beautiful beach

Great options for spa treatments.

Good food (I know it’s the Caribbean so this may not be feasible)

Tame route to and from airport. My fiancé and I both get very bad motion sickness which is what ruled out St. Lucia for us.

Nice to have:

Unique or cool excursions (not a must, but an appreciated bonus)

Direct flight from MCO

Constraints:

Caribbean only

Not considering Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, St. Lucia or Jamaica

Some places that have caught my attention:

Both Silversands properties in Grenada (still in contention)

Sugar Beach in St. Lucia (loved the property but ruled out due to motion sickness)

Secret Bay in Dominica (still in contention)

Amanyara (outside price range)
