Synopsis :
A Téhéran, deux musiciens, Ashkan et Negar, recherchent un bassiste, un batteur et un guitariste pour monter un groupe de rock et pouvoir quitter le pays. Leur avenir, croient-ils, les attend à Londres. Le propriétaire d’un petit studio d’enregistrement les met en rapport avec le virevoltant Nader, improbable organisateur de concerts, qui survit en vendant des DVD et se fait fort de leur obtenir les passeports et les visas nécessaires. Il leur présente aussi divers groupes underground, qui, tous, se débrouillent comme ils le peuvent pour répéter dans des locaux précaires, sur les toits, dans des caves ou dans des étables, et échapper aux persécutions de la police….
