La légende du rap français Pit Baccardi est l’invité d’À la régulière à quelques jours de son concert à l’Olympia le 25 septembre prochain.

Ce soir, on reçoit une véritable légende du rap français : Pit Baccardi, un artiste qui a marqué l’histoire du mouvement, aussi bien en solo qu’au sein du collectif emblématique du Secteur Ä. Son parcours, c’est celui d’un pionnier venu du Cameroun, installé à Paris, et qui s’est imposé comme l’une des plumes et des voix incontournables des années 2000.

Il a signé des classiques, accompagné l’évolution du rap francophone, mais aussi travaillé dans l’ombre comme producteur et passeur, toujours attentif à la nouvelle génération.

Aujourd’hui, il continue de faire vivre sa musique et son héritage sur scène. Le 25 septembre prochain, c’est à l’Olympia qu’il se produira, une date qui s’annonce comme un moment fort pour tous les amoureux de rap. Et il interprète ce soir en live le titre « Feu » spécialement pour les auditeurs d’À la régulière.

A new mom shared the beautiful moment her 96-year-old former pediatrician grandfather asked to give her newborn daughter a checkup at their first meeting. Rachel, from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Texas, shares an incredibly close relationship with her grandfather, who goes by Poppy, calling him her best friend. Poppy retired from his work as a pediatrician when he was 60 years old, but he keeps up his medical license requirements yearly. When Rachel’s first child was born, Poppy was the first one at the hospital to give him his check-up. And when she found out she was set to welcome a baby girl, Rachel knew she wanted her grandfather to give her a check-up, too. As Poppy is now older, Rachel accepted that it would be too much for her grandfather to visit the hospital, so she planned a visit with her baby daughter, Reign. When the pair arrived, on June 12, Poppy already had his stethoscope ready, checking out Reign’s heart in a wholesome interaction that Rachel captured on video.
