Any Grants for Caribbean Undergrad in the US Facing Tuition Gap?

I’m reaching out in hopes of getting some advice or assistance.

I am an undergraduate student from Barbados, currently attending the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida. I’m set to graduate in December, but I need to have my past semester balance covered before registering for my final classes in the Fall.

I’m trying to find any organizations, nonprofits, or programs that might offer emergency grants or financial assistance to Caribbean students in situations like mine. I’ve heard about the OAS (Organization of American States) loans and scholarships, but unfortunately, I don’t meet their current requirements.

I have also exhausted all options (private student loans in the US, loans from Barbados, scholarships, employment, and assistance from family members) at this moment so I would appreciate any referrals.
