Caribbean trip help to decide

Hello! I’m planning a 10 days trip to a Caribbean Island for this January/February and at the moment the options are Aruba, Curacao, StMarteen/Anguilla as top choices, but we also looked at Barbados and Puerto Rico as options.

We’ll be there with my parents and unties (65-70 yo in good health) and cousins (all adults). We are looking for a mix of exploring options (like a nice town, markets, nature day trips) and white sand beaches where we can chill for a few days.

I’ve been to the dominican Republic (Stayed in Bayahibe) and visited Saona Island before. We also went to isla Mujeres in Mexico. We are looking for something with similar vibes and turquoise water beaches. Nothing fancy, super expensive, we are happy to rent an apartment, ideally close to restaurants.
