My fiance and I want to go somewhere warm and on the beach/ocean in winter (around February) – thinking Caribbean. I would love somewhere that you can stay in a private villa or cabana or even just a suite, but that has a private pool and/or hot tub. Would love somewhere that offers excursions, has great food in the area, and that is under $1k/night (if possible). Where are some recommendations?
