Ending homelessness policy – trinidad affairs

· Vagrant rehab center – promptly vagrants are taken off streets to the center and are given social programs similar to the drug one, except for the insane – who remain under state care, not limited to a trade and once released given free housing and paying job, if a job cannot be found are given $5,000 monthly till one is. Emphasis on reintroduction to society – t+t will see no homeless.

· Unused homes given to homeless – done where found to speed up the anti-homeless campaign.

• Adoption of Finland’s HOUSING FIRST plan – whereby the state provides a house immediately, followed by a raft of individually tailored support services: financial advice; addiction treatment; mental health support; acquiring jobs and more. Homelessness there dropped precipitously. Housing in Finland a human right.
