Good art schools in the caribbean

Hey. So I’m interested in pursuing visual arts after secondary school but I’m not sure what university I should attend. I’ve been looking into UWI in Trinidad but I’m also exploring other options as well. Based on some research I understood that Puerto Rico has the « best » art school/programs in the caribbean, with trinidad, jamaica and barbados in line. My main issue is, would csec level spanish suffice for university level art? Also, what would be some great alternatives to studying art in Trinidad. Preferably english or spanish speaking caribbean countries but I’m also open to other countries globally.
