Help! I need to get away and I could use any help I can get!

I’m a teacher and have recently taken on the Director role at the school I work at! I need a vacation so badly or I will end up working through April break! Can someone help me figure out the most affordable place to go last minute for the week of April 18th? Flying out from Hartford or Boston or Manchester New Hampshire or Albany New York. Most important feature of where I stay is that it has beach access and snorkeling from shore! I know this eliminates many hotels and islands.
