Island Options for 1 month?

Hello! I am considering spending a month on the Caribbean next winter and am looking for some destination recommendations. Here are my criteria: – vibrant, walkable town with beautiful beaches; want to be able to get up in the morning and walk to the beach or some nice coffee shops – great food with a wide selection of locally grown vegetables; didn’t love the food in PR…too starchy (plaintains) and few greens – warm water 80+ degrees – beautiful beaches (duh) – not too concerned about cost (but St Barths would over the top I think!)

I’ve been looking at Martinique. I think I’d love the euro vibe. Just don’t know much about the destination.
