Looks for recs for family trip

We’re in our early 50s, kids are 27 and 24. Not opposed to all inclusive if the food is good. Good snorkeling very close would be a plus! As would non stop air service from either Philly or Newark.

Did read about club med in Turks and Caicos which checks a lot of boxes except the food reviews are mixed and the rooms sound very spartan. And although two of us are social and like chatting w strangers the others of us just want a chill beach vacation!

Any advice is appreciated!
