Charlottenlund Beach Park (Charlottenlund Strandpark)
A nice beach front area close to the Copenhagen city center. The beach front is fairly expansive, clean, with good facilities including all kept toilets. There is plenty of space (even during the pandemic regulations). There are lifeguards on duty at certain places along the beach too. A few little eateries around. Parking can be a hassle on hot days, so bike if you can. The sandy areas are not that large but there’s plenty of well maintained grassy area. A nice day out when warm.
Charlottenlund Beach Park is a seaside public park in Charlottenlund, Gentofte Municipality, in the northern suburbs of Copenhagen, Denmark. The area consists of a white sandy beach and extensive lawns, surrounding Charlottenlund Fort.
