· Healthy food and drink cheap by law. Price controlled low and zero fat, cholesterol and sugar consumption – PRICE CONTROLS a state measure to force consumer prices down. A preventative medicine measure, foods, drinks and snacks example: CHIA, ALMOND BUTTER, SOURDOUGH BREAD, SPLENDA, HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE AND ICE CREAM, GLUCERNA, WHOLE WHEAT, SUGAR FREE ALMOND MILK; so to healthy processed foods are government controlled minusing 30% thirty percent to encourage good dietary habits – including foreign brands. Trinidad has very high heart disease rate.
Note – Government will examine making its own factory also, aimed at local and foreign sale.
