Planning for a Solo Birthday Trip! Suggestions needed

Hi, my birthday is in August, and I would like to plan a week-long solo birthday trip in the Carribean to celebrate it.

I’ve been to the Bahamas, Greece, day trip to Albania, Curacao Barbados and Jamaica. I’m a black woman in my mid-20s.

Fun facts about me:

• I love the water and adrenaline activities like cave tubing, zip-lining, and paragliding etc
• I am a nightlife person, but it isn’t a deal-breaker for me. I would like to celebrate my birthday nights at a bar or club with nice reggae/dancehall/hip-hop/R&B music.
• I was looking at Caribbean Islands like Belize, just doing more research on splitting my time between the cities of San Pedro and either San Ignacio or Placencia.
• I’ve always wanted to be in a jungle/rainforest atmosphere or at least see it; in El Salvador, going to the 7 waterfalls was the closest thing to that.
• I’m a big foodie. I want to eat at local authentic restaurants/mom-and-pop stores, not tourist traps.
• I only eat seafood and sometimes chicken when I go on vacation.
• I need to use public transportation or have things not be far
• My budget is to spend $70-$100 max daily spending, including eating around 2-3 times a day and traveling.
