Recommendations for trip to St. John

My partner and I will be in St. John for a week this February. We plan to spend most of our days at the beach and snorkeling, but we’d also like to do a few hikes and have a few dinners out. Has anyone been and have recommendations for beaches, hikes, or restaurants we should hit? We’d like a few off-the-beaten path locations to avoid the crowds, but also don’t want to miss any must-sees.
