I experienced first hand trinis are quick to use violence out the blue.

Reminder – 2, 814 students dropped out school during covid 2023 and unsure how many returned to class; later announced other students failed exams.

Once again listing some badly needed REFORM, backed up by the way from me consulting an educator. Focused on ideas in Finland, japan, south Korea.

1. free university – raises pool of the educated by tapping into the poor who are given opportunity. GATE program ended.
2. free trade school – private ones forbidden charging a fee. The state covers costs, sets prices and reviews every 2 years.
3. improve public schooling – make public equal of PRIVATE by adopting their technique.
4. Finland model – adopt 3 teachers a class, 2 teach regular and the 3rd slow kids, thus paying for lessons not needed. For slow kids a councillor given. Lesser class hours and no standardized tests like SEA. Invite the Finns. No child left behind.
5. teacher numbers – should the Finland model require more teachers than Trinidad has, « invite foreign ». These teachers market rate paid, given free housing, qualify for the UNIVERSAL HEALTH SYSTEM (whereby the state covers private healthcare).
6. Asian model – South Korea and Japan especially. As they invite foreign teachers of English, we those of (French, Spanish and Chinese for primary school standard 1 to secondary school). Kids learn FOUR languages, English inclusive. Invite from each state. The benefits are that of the TEACHER NUMBERS named above. Children learn quicker when young.
7. early steps hi tech classroom – by the Asian method apply from technology in class. Such as: digital text books, internet all schools, digital whiteboard. The state purchases for all.
8. daycare – is subsidized to nil.
9. School councilors and school violence – ensure are plentiful, invite foreign if needed for numbers. Ensure locals are NO LONGER TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. Are placed under the MENTAL HEALTH MINISTRY. MENTAL HEALTH IS CRUCIAL TO SCHOOL VIOLENCE ALONG WITH THE FINLAND AND ASIAN MODELS.
10. SCHOOL DROP OUTS – announced in 2023, that year 2,814 students dropped out, mainly secondary pupils. Provide social aid and place back in school.
11. SUBSIDIZED SCHOOL SUPPLIES – parents find difficulty schooling their children because economic reasons. Books and uniforms fully subsidized by the state in BOTH private and public schools for equality.
12. private school banned charging a fee – as in Finland. Children of ANY economic class can learn together. This ends good versus bad schools. The state bears the cost.
13. End SEA – the Finland model allows transferring of children to secondary school without need of exam. Finland’s system best in the world.
