THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine says the Tobago House of Assembly would not be paying for a chartered flight, previously paid for by Infrastructure Secretary Trevor James, unknowing to him. A newspaper report on Tuesday indicated that Secretary Trevor James chartered a private aircraft to return from Martinique on Sunday, as Tropical Storm Tammy neared that island.
