The THA’s Infrastructure Secretary — Trevor James has broken his silence on the chartered flight to Tobago issue.
James shot into the spotlight after he arrived in Tobago, on a chartered flight from Martinique.
Chief Secretary Farley Augustine reportedly did not know about this.
Augustine has said the Tobago House of Assembly would not be footing the bill for the chartered flight.
